Most of us, knows Del Monte, Dole, Chiquita and other Fruit brands. What we don't know is most of them are just imported from the Philippines. Though I won't deny that there are other countries who also now export this variety of banana. It's just that we are one of the pioneer and one of the largest exporter.

Afterwhich, banana shipment from Davao Philippines are shipped via sea freight delivery (loading port to destination port). Upon reaching its destination, the bananas are still to be stored in a ripening chamber for days then it will be delivered to various distributor and retailer in many nations.

Cavendish banana has unlimitted supply and a day will not be enough to travel and sight see within the plantation. This is not a joke. Would you belive that many of the famous brands only get buy their bananas in the Philippines, and in other competing nations.
