In appreciation to the beautiful flower arrangement I viewed on February 7, 2009, I hope the organizers wouldn't mind that I posted some of the entries I took pictures my self. Flower and plants were creatively arrange (filipino way) in front of the Quezon City Hall, fronting Quezon Memorial Circle. Wow!!!
