CHURCH BUILDING FUND RAISING
I am supporting the need to acquire a lot and construct a building to house a Christian church/es within Talipapa, Novaliches, Philippines.
I intend to help my Pastor brother and other Christian congregation to formally occupy a less expensive church space (in line with rental fees). If I will supported by a donnor or an investor, I intend to acquire the "for sale 900 sq. m. lot" along Quirino high way Talipapa Novaliches Philippines. I intend to establish a building that won't just help my brother's congregation, but also the small churches.
For investor's assurance, I can submit a feasibility study with floor plan/persfective design. I intend to hire an independentbldg manager and needed staff for a sure operational procedure and maintenance, including income generating projects for the building. We can build income generating space not conflicting to church beliefs. (e.g. funeral, wedding ceremony area, store, functional cubicle, etc.).
